Zainab makes and sells small batch organic broth in western Switzerland. She wanted to grow her business from local pick up and delivery to an online shop that could ship all over Switzerland and appeal to customers in three languages: English, French and German.
Using WordPress, Elementor and Woocommere, I built a new website for ZeeKitchen, collaborating with Hayley from Crafty Chameleon on the brand style and graphic design. We incorporated Zainab’s personal style and story into the design, while keeping the focus on a quality user experience and sales conversion.
A big part of this project was helping Zainab set up the logistics of her online shop including multiple payment gateways including Twint and flexible shipping methods to accommodate heavy orders. Another complexity was building a multi-language site and shop supporting three languages in the site, product catalog and checkout process. It was a great project and I was happy to support yet another small woman-led business here in Switzerland.
