Toni and her husband, both previously pro footballers, run a popular football school for children. Toni needed to streamline the registration process for football classes and reduce the number of questions she was getting from her customers. She was also unable to update the old website herself, so the information was often out-of-date.
Using a new brand style guide from BrandSpace, I created a new website in Squarespace, highlighting the frequently asked questions, like try-out dates, practice locations and registration process. I added an online registration form, which automatically saves into a Google spreadsheet so all data is saved in one place, instead of her manually copying/pasting or typing in data from multiple sources.
During the Covid19 quarantine, we added a private Training Videos page so she could post daily online training videos for her customers, while they wait for the summer season to start.
